The book Philosophical Notes, written by Dr. Reza Gholami, a faculty member of the Institute for Humanities and Cultural Studies, has been published in English by the Sadra Center for Humanities and Islamic Studies in Vienna. The book comprises 107 pages.
In contrast to conventional academic dissertations or classical philosophical treatises, this volume is a collection of contemplative notes composed over years of reflection. Each entry, though concise, is intellectually stimulating, raising fresh questions and ideas that engage readers in contemporary philosophical discourse.
Thanks to its interdisciplinary approach, the book establishes connections between metaphysics, modern and comparative philosophy, philosophy of science, ethics, and political thought. Although each note stands on its own, taken together they present a coherent picture of the author’s philosophical concerns.
