The Research Institute for Ḥawza and University (RIHU)—the oldest and largest research center for Islamic-oriented humanities and social sciences in Iran—has commenced admission of international students at the Master’s and Ph.D. levels.
Programs:
- Master’s: Qurʾānic and Ḥadīth Studies, Economics, History and Civilization of Islam
- Doctorate: Psychology, Public Administration, Sociology, Economics, Qurʾānic and Ḥadīth Studies, Educational Sciences (Philosophy of Education)
RIHU provides a comprehensive research environment with low tuition fees, access to specialized research centers, advanced library resources, and opportunities for international collaboration. Students receive guidance from the professors holding both seminary and university degrees and may also participate in continuous research projects.
With over 40 years of experience, 54 faculty members, 100 research associates, 9 academic journals, and 180 active research projects, RIHU has achieved high national and international recognition and offers an exceptional platform for scholarly growth in Islamic humanities.
