In June 2025, the Research Institute of Hawzah and University published Philosophical and Methodological Foundations in Organizational Aesthetic Studies, a collaborative work by Abolfazl Ga’ini, Somayeh Zarei, and Reza Nikbakht. This 368‑page Persian volume adopts an interdisciplinary approach to trace the evolution of the concept of beauty from ancient Greece to modern and postmodern philosophy.

The book is divided into three sections, examining the philosophical, religious, and managerial dimensions of beauty. It demonstrates how the concept of beauty has historically shifted from a metaphysical and absolute entity to a phenomenon contingent upon perception, social context, and interpretive frameworks.

The authors engage with the views of philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle, Kant, Gadamer, Foucault, and Mullā Ṣadrā. They emphasize the importance of linking beauty, meaning, and wisdom in the contemporary age of concepts, presenting beauty not merely as an aesthetic experience but as a source of knowledge, spiritual cultivation, and human elevation. The final section analyzes the role of aesthetics in organization and management, drawing upon philosophical and mystical theories.
