In June 2025, the Research Institute of Hawzah and University published a book entitled “A Religious Approach to Management.” The work, authored by Dr. Abolfazl Ga’ini, Somayeh Zarei, and Maryam Ahmadi-Fard, comprises 290 pages in Persian.
The book employs an analytical approach to re-examine the theoretical and value-based foundations of management science.
The authors seek to present a new paradigm grounded in the teachings of monotheistic religions. By analyzing the fundamental components of scientific paradigms, they argue that religious theories of management can serve as meaningful and effective alternatives to prevailing individualistic and profit‑oriented approaches.
The book is structured into ten chapters and a supplement:
- Chapter One: Prolegomenon to the religious approach to management.
- Chapters Two & Three: Philosophy of religious management and the philosophical possibility and necessity of Islamic management.
- Chapter Four: Characteristics of religious management.
- Chapter Five: Organizational leadership from a religious perspective.
- Chapters Six to Eight: Management based on spirituality, ethics in religious management, and human resource management with a religious approach.
- Chapter Nine: Management based on values.
- Chapter Ten: Methods of advertising from a religious perspective.
- Supplement: The Place of God in Organizational Management.
