The twenty-sixth issue of the scholarly research quarterly Religion, Spirituality, and Management (formerly titled Islam and Management) has been published by the Department of Management at the Research Institute of Hawzah and University. The aim of this issue is to deepen theoretical development concerning the spiritual dimensions of organizations through the presentation of analytical articles.

The journal is published under the management of Alireza Arafi (Managing Director) and the editorship of Abdullah Tavakkoli, and seeks to foster synergy between religious and spiritual foundations and the field of management studies. The journal’s international editorial board includes figures such as Harold Koenig and Bruno Dyck, who emphasize the journal’s principal standard: scholarly rigor and the avoidance of prejudice.

The articles in this issue address several key topics in the field of management through an integrative approach. Among them are the following:

  • Justice and the Promotion of Managers: Identifying and prioritizing the driving forces that strengthen justice-orientation in the evaluation system of managers within virtue-oriented organizations.
  • Islamic Organizational Ethics: A meta-synthesis of Islamic beliefs in the field of organizational ethics.
  • Management in Light of Motahhari’s Thought: An examination of Ayatollah Morteza Motahhari’s strategies in anthropology using SWOT matrix analysis.
  • Spirituality and Performance: Explaining the relationship between the influence of workplace spirituality and the ethical climate on organizational loyalty.
  • Social Responsibility and Moral Voice: Investigating the impact of socially responsible human resource management on moral voice, with motivation as a mediating factor.
  • Spiritual Capital in Shiraz: An analysis of the role of spiritual capital in job engagement, with resilience as a mediating factor and blood group as a moderating variable among employees of the Shiraz Department of Education.
