Theory of Pairing

Misandrist Feminism as a Product of Conflict Theory

From an Islamic worldview, the family is founded on the theory of pairing (zawjiyyat), not on conflict or struggle. In contrast to modern Western thought shaped by Marxist and Hegelian conflict theory, Islam understands social movement as arising from harmony, affection, and tranquility. When conflict replaces pairing, gender ideologies emerge that destabilize the family and social order.
