The Research Institute for Islamic Culture and Thought (IICT) Press has recently published its comprehensive Persian-language research work entitled “Designing and Explaining the Agile Mission-Driven Management Model.“ This study critically examines and formulates an indigenous Iranian-Islamic framework within the field of organizational behavior, aiming to bridge local cultural and religious values with modern theories of public administration.
In this book, the concept of Agile Mission-Driven Management-recognized in the local context as a form of committed, ethics-oriented, and responsive leadership in crisis situations-is systematically formulated into an efficient organizational model. The book conceptualizes this indigenous approach not merely as a theoretical construct, but as a flexible and pragmatic framework for enhancing efficiency, resilience, and ethical commitment in dynamic organizational environments.
By departing from mainstream Western management paradigms, this study offers a unique perspective in the fields of cross-cultural management and public policy implementation. By structuring empirical local experiences and transforming them into a generalizable scientific model, the author introduces a framework capable of being operationalized within public institutions.
